What happens next?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This email will contain links allowing you to track the status of your order. You will then receive an email when your order is shipped.

What if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Our packages are delivered by post and generally do not require a countersignature.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. You can also check the status of your order and delivery in your account.

How do I track my order?

Your package can be tracked, the tracking information will appear in the email that will be sent to you upon shipment, or in your account.

What is our return and refund policy?

If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be arranged through your account.


RETURN PROCEDURE

At PatchFazup.com it is satisfied or refunded!

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 30 days to change your mind.

The return is done exclusively by postal way to our address (26 Rue de Soultz, 68200 Mulhouse) and the expenses of return remain with your load. Do not forget to mention your order number for the refund.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
If the product is used, it will be refundable on condition that you return it and the installation box after having informed the customer support.

REFUND PROCEDURE

We will send you an email confirming receipt of the items you have returned, and indicating that the refund has been validated. Refunds are made using the original method of payment, and may take up to 28 days to appear on your bank statement.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

The return costs are at your expense.

In case of exercise of the right of retraction, the company Fazup will proceed to the refund of the paid sums, within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as the one used during the order.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETRACTION

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to :

The supply of services fully executed before the end of the retraction period and whose execution has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of his right of retraction.

The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the control of the trader and which are likely to occur during the withdrawal period.

The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

The supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

The supply of goods which, after having been delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;

The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

The supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for such publications.

Transactions concluded at a public auction.

The supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the execution of which has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of his right of withdrawal.
